We are unable to accept bookings from:- a) Groups of persons of all one sex under 30 years of age, with the exception of adult weekends. b) Groups under 20 years of age These are Butlins rules, not the caravan owners and must be adhered to.

Butlins is a family holiday park. Anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance may be asked to leave therefore forfeiting the rest of their holiday and will not receive a refund or deposit.

Pets are not allowed in the caravan unless prior arrangement has been made with the owners and breed of dog is on the booking form. Anyone found with a pet that is not on the booking form will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund or deposit. Dogs must be kept on a lead while on the caravan site and are not permitted in the main Butlins Resort.


Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities on the camp are beyond our control, and we cannot accept any responsibility for this.

We the owners of GPM caravan hire cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury occurring whilst staying in our caravan, and we recommend that you purchase some form of holiday insurance as there is no insurance included in the price of your holiday.

The price of your holiday includes 4 passes into Butlins complex, details of passes and how to collect the keys will be sent to you on receipt of the full holiday amount.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by the use of televisions, dvd players, play stations, free view boxes, boilers, microwaves, freezers etc. We cannot be held responsible should one of these items not work or breakdown but we will do our best to repair the item as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to repair any equipment that is faulty or has stopped working; we cannot make any refunds for items not working. Any breakages must be reported as soon as possible.

The FULL amount of your holiday will need to be paid at least 8 WEEKS before your holiday arrival date. Should you book your holiday 8 weeks or less before the arrival date the full amount will be due immediately. Please note a reminder may not be issued for your payment. We ask for a non-refundable deposit to be paid on booking to reserve your requested dates. If you’re final payment is not paid on time we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and to re-let the caravan with no refund.

Please ensure that you check the Private Sublet Form provided, Butlins Skegness caravan Village will charge for any alterations and late submission of booking forms, failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your holiday or additional charges being issued by Butlins. Any changes made to your booking after it has been passed to Butlins will incur an amendment fee of £25. Changes cannot be made to bookings less than 14 days prior to arrival date. Bookings taken less than 14 days of arrival will incur a late booking fee of £8.

An additional minimum charge of £50 will be billed to the hirer of the caravan to cover breakages and or damage. You must report any damage or anything unsatisfactory to GPM caravan hire or Butlins reception on your arrival. After this time the responsibility of any damages will be yours and you risk losing deposit. You must leave the caravan clean & tidy and your deposit will be returned within 14 days of your leave date once the caravan’s contents have been checked for any damages.

The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The main contact is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay.

In order for the caravan to be cleaned and checked, departures must be made before 10am on the day of departure and no keys will be released before 3pm on the day of arrival without prior arrangement with the caravan owner.

Should accommodation booked become unavailable we will offer a full refund.

In the case of any dispute our decision is final

Please note we only have parking space for 1 car. If you are taking more than one vehicle please ensure you are not parking on the grass outside the caravan. Any grass damage during wet weather will be cause to reduce your security deposit for damages.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION CHARGES - £50 booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation 8 weeks or more before arrival date you will receive total monies paid towards holiday (if any) minus deposit Cancellation 6-8 weeks before arrival date you will receive 75% of total cost of holiday minus deposit Cancellation 4-6 weeks before arrival date you will receive 50% of total cost of holiday minus deposit Cancellation 3-4 weeks before arrival date you will receive 25% of total cost of holiday minus deposit Cancellation 0-3 weeks before arrival date you will lose 100% of holiday cost including deposit

Privacy Statement: We do not store your financial details (credit or debit card numbers) in any format. We will not sell or use your details other than to inform you about GPM caravan hire.

Please note extra guests cannot under any circumstances be added to your Butlins holiday on the day of arrival or when checking in, you will not be permitted entrance or be able to purchase extra passes that have not been pre booked with GPM caravan hire. All additional guests will be turned away and refused access to Butlins and the caravan site.

Parents/Guardian has the responsibility of supervising their children at all times to ensure the safety of their children whilst in the caravan. It is also the responsibility of the parents/guardians to inform Butlins reception on arrival of any dangers in the caravan specific to their children that may need attention.

All beds have waterproof coverings which must not be removed at any time. Any mattresses soiled or damaged by removing these covers will have to be replaced using your security deposit.

GPM Caravan hire will not provide any form of refund for any guests who are asked to leave by Butlins for any reason.

Additional points for Adult Weekend Breaks

Adult weekend breaks finish at 11am on the Monday to ensure Butlins has time to return the environment back to being suitable for family breaks.

All guests must provide full names and take photo ID with them for allocation of wristbands.

Fancy Dress –

Please ensure your outfit is not offensive in any way both racially and sexually.

Avoid anything that could offend people from different walks of life.

Don’t wear anything that contains bad language.

Don’t dress up as a celebrity / someone who has committed a criminal act.

Don’t use the Butlins logo or brand on your outfits or t-shirts.

If these guidelines are not met you will be asked to return to your accommodation to get changed.

Alcohol and Drugs Policy

Butlins are committed to responsible drinking and will confiscate any excessive alcohol at the Caravan entrance. You may bring 12 440ml cans of lager, beer or cider or 6l of lager or cider in plastic bottles or a 3l box of wine per guest or one 700ml bottle of spirit per guest. Please note this is on arrival and there is no re-entry with alcohol.

Butlins have a zero tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found taking illegal drugs or any other illegal substance will be asked to leave the resort. GPM Caravan Hire allow will not tolerate drugs being taken in our caravan. GPM Caravan Hire will not offer a refund for any guests who are asked to leave Butlins for any reason especially due to drugs or alcohol.
